To get started, you will need an active Gmail account to utilize the Gemini AI platform where your assistant resides. Click the link below to complete a brief onboarding form. Unlike our other tools, we do not require student names or ages during sign-up. We simply need to know the grade level(s) you teach to calibrate the curriculum standards and behavioral strategies correctly.
Privacy & Student Data Your student data remains under your control. Once you receive your assistant, you can choose to manually input or upload a list of first names/nicknames directly into the chat. This allows the system to track behavioral patterns and offer personalized strategies for specific students without sharing that data with us during the registration process.
Pricing & Delivery After submitting your grade level details, you will be directed to a secure payment page. The Teacher’s Assistant is a one-time charge of $21.95 for lifetime access. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to configure and deliver your custom "Gem" link to your inbox.
Workflow Tip: To keep your data organized, we recommend maintaining separate chat threads for each class period or subject (e.g., "Period 1 Math," "Period 2 Science"). This prevents data overlap and ensures the AI remembers the specific dynamics and students of each class distinctively.
